The ground floor apartment sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The large master bedroom with its huge ensuite shower is fitted out with a super king-sized bedstead, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a beautiful feature fireplace. The second bedroom has a king-sized brass bedstead, an ensuite shower, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The twin bedroom is fitted with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and is located right opposite the family bathroom. The beds are comfortable and all rooms are tastefully decorated with pictures of the sea or local views. The bathroom and en-suite shower arrangement mean all guests have their own private facilities, making our accommodation perfect for all family and/or group bookings. We can even lend a travel cot and high chair, so there is a perfect set-up for everyone; babies, kids, teens or groups of friends.

The lounge diner overlooks the garden. On sunny days sun streams in through the windows from morning until the evening, creating a light and airy holiday atmosphere.
There is WIFI, an LED Netflix enabled smart TV, DVD player and a book case full of interesting reads, DVDs, maps and games. The farmhouse table seats six people whilst the leather sofas are a great place to just sit back and relax.

The stylish kitchen is well equipped and is fitted with a Neff double oven & dishwasher and an induction hob & washing machine. We have thought of everything from coffee pots to cake tins and champagne flutes to lobster crackers (a fantastic local fishmonger can provide fresh fish, crab and lobster). The sheltered patio receives sun right into the evening, making it another great place to relax and enjoy your sundowner. The patio furniture is perfect for drinks or for dining.

Trearren's grounds overlook a ruined tin mine engine house and even has its own chimney stack; a remnant from the by-gone tin mining era. The garden wall was constructed using stone from an old aqueduct used to transfer water to the mine's steam engine.
